Well, it looks like adding tips tricks and hints is not an easy task given the parameters of the current setup. There are many advice posts for getting the most out of your Mac system both posted in the past and coming up soon. 

Looking into it, a system is needed that does not require you to open, log into and modify the website in order to post new content. 

So what might work best is installing a RSS/Atom app that accepts submitted content outside the website creation tools. More on that later.
